Can a scab be picked off cos yer bored and canny wait for it to fall off *rant , or does that impede recovery and cause more scarring anat.

Picking at scabs has to be done carefully.
You should pick at the edges first, but do it slowly - when you shout 'Oooh ya bassa' then you have gone as far as you should for the first session.
Leave it alone for a while after that but on the next session you can get deeper in - and repeat until its gone.

As a 'Glesga wummin' , I wouldn't have thought you would be too worried about one more scar though?
